Jan has been with Lifetime Pet Centers since February, 1998. She manages both offices and also still finds time to work front desk and assist the doctors daily. She has one child with husband, Jay and two grandchildren. She also spends her time at home with 4 dogs and 3 cats. When she has free-time she enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren as much as she can. And, many of you know her constant sidekick and mascot, Lexie the black lab, who is a frequent sight at both hospitals.

Sarah M. has been with Lifetime Pet Centers since November, 2002. About 4 years after starting with the hospital she moved to California for school, after attending Lake Tahoe Community College and working at Alpine Animal Hospital in Lake Tahoe for several years, she moved back to the Cincinnati area and returned working at the New Richmond location. She is currently pursuing her certification for animal health emergency response with NAHERC and the Oiled Wildlife Care Network through Monterey Bay Aquarium. She lives with her two dogs and cat. Outside of the hospital she is an avid music fan and enjoys exploring the city’s local music and art scene.

Kelsie works at our New Richmond hospital and has been with us since December, 2010. She is one of our wonderful kennel technicians and she also assists the nurses with patients as well as cares for hospitalized patients. She is currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati for Pre-Biology and hopes to eventually earn her certification as a Veterinary Technician. After that she plans to attend The Ohio State University for vet school. She currently resides in New Richmond with her two German Shepards and three cats. Kelsie’s favorite part of working at the hospital is getting to interact with, and care for all of our patients. Outside of work she has participated in 4-H and also enjoys dog sitting.

Amanda works at both our New Richmond and Williamsburg locations as a receptionist and has been with us since May, 2011. She is currently attending the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Child Psychology. She spends her time outside of work with her two Jack Russell Terriers (her kids, as she says!), her family and her friends. Her favorite part of working at Lifetime Pet Centers is the time she spends getting to help our sick patients and getting to work with a great staff while doing so.
Natalie spends all of her time at our Williamsburg hospital as a receptionist and assistant, and has been with us since June, 2011. She recently graduated from Grant Career Center where she received her degree in Medical Information Technology and Physical Therapy. She shares her home with six dogs and two ferrets. Outside of work she participated in 4-H for five years. She enjoys barrel racing, spending time with her many dogs and trying to find all the missing items her ferrets stash away throughout her house. Her favorite part of her job is helping animals, as well as learning something new every day.
Alaina has been with the Lifetime Pet Centers since the summer of 2010. She attends Georgetown highschool and is a kennel technician and nurse assistant at the Williamsburg hospital. She shares her home with two dogs, two ferrets and a bearded dragon. She loves spending time with the house pets at our office as well as playing with the puppies we see, helping the sick patients and seeing the different types of animals people bring in.
Sarah C. started with LTPC- New Richmond in November, 2010 as a kennel technician. She graduated in 2010 from Antonelli College with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Photography. Sarah shares her home with Ruby, a dachshund and Karma, a small mixed breed. She enjoys the special bond she shares with patients in the hospital “as they overcome illness, heal broken bones or just get a little bigger in between puppy and kitten visits.” Outside of the hospital she is currently teaming up with Angel’s Rest Animal Sanctuary, photographing all of the animals in hopes of placing them in forever homes. (Be sure to check around our website soon, as we are in the process of featuring Sarah’s original photography instead of yucky stock photography!)
